Homecare/Aftercare - Try to rest and relax as much as possible to gain the maximum benefits of the treatment.
- Avoid driving if possible as you may feel sleepy or light-headed after your treatment.
- Avoid alcohol or any heavy meals straight after your treatment as your body systems will be detoxifing and have been stimulated.
- Drink plenty of water as you may feel more thirsty due to your systems being stimulated.
- Try to keep your stress levels down by having nice relaxing baths, soothing music, exercise and deep breathing exercises - these will all help with your wellbeing and relaxation as will a good diet and drinking plenty of water to flush the body of toxins.
- Try to have weekly massage treatments if possible to ease muscle tension and stress levels and help prevent the build up of latic acid in the body.
